For this re-edition, the shape of the barrel and the materials of the original nib, gold-plated stainless steel, have been kept unchanged, but for greater writing comfort the piston mechanism contains the most advanced technology by Pelikan. The nib shows a very particular engraving taken from a detail of the frame of a historical Gunther Wagner price list of 1889. The barrel and cap are in high quality resin, the clip and decorative rings are gold plated. This charming fountain pen is available in EF widths and comes with a vintage pouch in soft blue tones that houses the pen and a bottle of royal blue Pelikan 4001 ink.
